Junior Property Advisor
- Krhome Real Estate is looking for a Junior Property Advisor to join our team under an employment contract.
The selected candidate will play an active role in the development and management of a curated client portfolio, comprising both buyers and sellers of high-end properties.
This role involves identifying new, on-target real estate opportunities, as well as nurturing client relationships with prospective buyers — guiding them with care and professionalism throughout the entire sales process.
The ideal candidate preferably has at least one year of experience in real estate or in a commercial role, demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, a service-oriented mindset, and is motivated to grow within the world of luxury real estate.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage property portfolios; identify new qualified buyers and sellers.
Handle assigned qualified leads and conduct sales negotiations with attention to detail and customer needs.
Liaise with industry professionals to facilitate all stages of the sales process.
Continuously monitor the market to identify new business opportunities.
Training & Support

Each Junior Property Advisor is also supported by an in-house marketing team, which assists with strategic business development and client communications, ensuring every property is effectively positioned on the market.
Contractual and documentation matters are handled by our specialized back office, which provides technical assistance, thorough due diligence, and ensures precision and security throughout all phases of the transaction.

Requirements
Preferably 1+ year of experience in real estate or sales.
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Results-driven, with a strong aptitude for digital tools and technologies.
Fluent in Italian and English (knowledge of a third language is a plus).
Real estate license not required.
